We aim to ship all our orders with 2 working days, however all our products are handmade and therefore dispatch time can take a little longer during busier periods.

RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds on our wax melts. However, if you need to cancel or amend your order please contact us as soon as possible, as once your order has been shipped we’re not able to make any changes.

Payment for items must be made at the time of purchase. You can pay via debit or credit card through the worldpay portal or Paypal.
